My takeaways from the Flint Training program were: Truly understanding the customers’ needs and wants. Learning from other technicians around the country was beneficial too because we all operate differently and deal with all sorts of different scenarios so to me it was honestly really educating like studying film in sports with a team of guys and taking notes. a big thing for me at the end of this was developing and being more confident in myself and not so hard on myself. Being able to ask questions to the Flint Training group and hear their opinions on scenarios was awesome too!
