While in business school, Collin founded Skylight using a converted pool house just off the Stanford campus as his “world headquarters” (and apartment).
Collin lives in Seattle, WA with his wife and two children. He is a member of Young President’s Organization (YPO) and is a die-hard fan of Stanford Football and the Seattle Seahawks.
Collin currently serves as the executive chairman of Flint Group and owner of Guardian Roofing. Collin previously served as chairman of Wrench Group, Bonney Plumbing & Vulcan Precision Linings. He received an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business as well as a BA in Economics from Stanford.

Trevor Flannigan is a seasoned leader renowned for his adeptness at transforming businesses into successful enterprises. With a remarkable track record of guiding three companies to rewarding exits, Trevor specializes in developing efficient processes and fostering people-centered environments conducive to expansion.
As the former COO and Co-Owner of ProfessionalChats, he helped orchestrate unprecedented growth, scaling the team from 0 to 150 employees within two years and positioning the company as the world’s leading professionally managed website chat service across various industries. Similarly, as the General Manager of Bob Hamilton Plumbing, the team engineered consistent 30% year- over-year growth for four years, culminating in its acquisition by ARS in 2017.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Trevor dedicates his time to participating in entrepreneurial mentorship programs, where he empowers fellow business owners to navigate the journey of business expansion. Residing in Kansas City with his wife, Courtney, and their two children, Trevor enjoys taking breaks to explore new restaurants and indulge in the art of smoking meats.
Mike Soriano

Since joining Flint Group in 2021, Mike has progressed from General Manager to Regional President and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer. Known for his adeptness in team building and driving growth for home services brands, Mike brings a wealth of experience from executive roles at Danaher, where he led divisions in Global Services and Product Management. He earned his MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and holds a BS in Finance from Grove City College.
Mike resides in Seattle with his wife and three children, enjoying his hobbies of golf and soccer outside of work.
Mike Heavener

Mike joined Flint Group in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining the Flint team, Mike built the Corporate Development function and oversaw 16 acquisitions at Midwest Vision Partners, a private equity-backed eyecare platform, ultimately becoming CFO of the organization. Before joining MVP, he was an investment banking professional at William Blair, advising clients on M&A and public equity transactions. Mike started his career at Deloitte as a consultant before joining the Portfolio Analysis team at GTCR.
Mike earned his MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Mike and his wife Bethany relocated to Kansas City from Chicago with their two daughters and chocolate lab, where they lived for 15 years. Outside of the office he enjoys golf, general aviation, and Michigan football.
Ashley Bacon

Ashley’s career journey began at Ann Taylor, where she rose from a store associate to a store manager. Transitioning to Maxim Healthcare, she excelled as a national recruiting manager, playing a pivotal role in staffing critical healthcare facilities during the pandemic.
Joining Wolfers Home Services in 2020, Ashley’s focus on retention strategies and company culture helped double the organization’s size while maintaining a close-knit feel. This success led her to become the VP of People and Training at Flint Group, where she develops recruiting and retention strategies and implements training programs. With BA and MBA degrees from Portland State University, Ashley combines her education and experience to implement people- centered strategies.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local parks with her yorkies, spending time with family, and attending community events in Wilsonville, Oregon.
Jillian Colquitt

Jillian joined Flint Group as Vice President of Corporate Development in July 2024. Prior to joining the team, Jillian worked as an M&A Investment Banking professional at Jefferies in New York City, leading process diligence and performing in-depth financial analysis across M&A deals in the consumer and business services spaces. Before her time in the Big Apple, Jillian attended Auburn University, where she received her B.S.B.A in Finance, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
As a new resident of Kansas City, Jillian is excited to explore the city, attend a Chiefs game, and enjoy some barbecue.
Tom Merriott

As Vice President of Operations Tom Merriott is one of the Flint Group’s growing bench of player-coaches. A favorite phrase of his is BLOCKING AND TACKLING which translates to “Companies that consistently outperform all others do the basics better than their competition.”
More years of Home Services industry experience than he cares to admit have taught Tom that hard work and a good attitude are the keys to success. More than twelve of those years were spent with Nexstar coaching the best people and companies in the Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical professions. And before that, running multiple operations of various sizes and configurations have given him a unique perspective that he loves to share.
Tom is relocating to the Chicago Suburbs to be closer to family and friends.
Anthony Nicosia

Anthony embarked on his journey in the home service industry back in 2001, starting as a sales technician and comfort advisor. Over time, he climbed the ladder into management. Prior to joining the Flint Group, Anthony co-owned a home service company based in Denver, Colorado.
In January 2023, Anthony took on the role of General Manager at our AAA Service division, achieving remarkable success by doubling revenue within a single year. Additionally, he serves as the Vice President of Sales for the Flint Group, where he shares his expertise and passion for sales coaching throughout the organization.
Residing in Littleton, Colorado, Anthony enjoys family life with his wife, Karla, their five children, a granddaughter, and the beloved AAA Service office dog, Archie. Beyond the confines of the office, you’ll often find Anthony exploring the Colorado wilderness, indulging in his hobbies of backpacking, archery hunting, and fly fishing.
Catherine O’Donnell

In August 2024, Catherine joined Flint Group as Vice President of Operations. Catherine joins Flint Group from Danaher, where she held leadership roles spanning supply chain, operations, marketing, and customer experience. Catherine started her career at Eli Lilly and Company in human resources. In her role, Catherine brings to Flint Group an eye for operational excellence, a focus on continuous improvement, and a passion for building positive teams.
Catherine earned her MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and holds a BA in Honors Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame. Catherine and her husband Wes reside in the northwest Chicago suburbs with their dog Rooney. Outside of work, Catherine enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, and perusing farmer’s markets.
Marcus Reiter

Marcus has over 21 years of service delivering safety and claims services to construction related industries. Marcus’s safety consultation services and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, generating recommendations to assist companies with the reduction of losses; interpreting compliance with mandated state, federal, and local safety and health regulations; performing safety culture assessments; structuring management practices pertaining to safety and claims; and providing safety and health training sessions. Before joining Flint Group, Marcus had eleven years of experience in the insurance industry providing construction risk control consulting and worked in the construction industry for ten years overseeing safety on government and healthcare commercial construction projects.

Austin Soendker

Austin transitioned to Flint Group from Tohi Ventures, a small beverage startup, where he served as Director of Finance & Operations. In this role, he spearheaded the establishment of operational and financial protocols, orchestrated the development of a robust supply chain network, and oversaw all production activities.
Before his tenure at Tohi, Austin pursued his education at the University of Missouri – Kansas City, where he secured a full scholarship to pursue an MBA at the esteemed Bloch School of Management. Complementing his MBA, Austin holds certification as a Project Management Professional, reflecting his adeptness in steering various projects throughout his career.
Residing in Kansas City alongside his wife, Nicholle, Austin is a devoted fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. Outside the professional realm, he enjoys teeing off on the golf course and cherishing quality time with his family.
Megan Stiffey

Megan assumed the role of Vice President of Marketing at Flint Group in March 2024, bringing a decade of digital marketing experience in the home service industry. Prior to Flint Group, for the past three years, Megan worked with home service clients, crafting marketing plans within their budgets while ensuring their ad spend remains on target. Megan excels in leveraging digital platforms to generate leads, and maintaining busy schedules for technicians and salespeople. She emphasizes branding and growth through diverse mass media channels, keeping companies top of mind. With a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Megan demonstrates exceptional skill in driving both lead and brand growth for home service companies.
Currently based in Denver, CO, Megan will be relocating to Kansas City, MO in the fall of 2024. Outside of work, Megan enjoys exploring Colorado, traveling, spending time with loved ones, and supporting the Denver Broncos.
Steve Altman

Steve is an accomplished sales leader with over 20 years of experience in sales, facilitation, and leadership. He is passionate about empowering others to achieve their full potential. Steve utilizes his expertise in CRM tools, data analytics, and proven sales methodologies to drive strategic growth and foster team success.
In his previous role as Program and Design Manager for North America at Tyco International, Steve led the development and delivery of sales training programs across multiple countries. His work was instrumental in shaping effective curriculum solutions, earning him the recognition of Top Tyco Global Facilitator.
Based in Parker, Colorado, Steve enjoys spending quality time with his two sons, Sebastian and Asher. Outside of work, he is deeply engaged in his community, coaching youth in wrestling, lacrosse, and football.

Ross McKenzie

Ross joined the Flint Group as Brand Manager in May 2024. He has over a decade of delivering modern, cohesive branding across digital and traditional touchpoints, while effectively managing critical projects to meet budget and timeline requirements. With a BA in Graphic Design from Park University, Ross brings a unique combination of creative design skill sets with well-established understanding of business principles and objectives within multiple market types.
Ross lives in Kansas City with his wife and two children, is a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters and enjoys tabletop games and trying new restaurants in his free time.
John Mulholland

Johnny joined Flint Group as a Financial Analyst in 2024 after graduating Cum Laude from Benedictine College with degrees in Finance and Economics. With experience in both the private equity and home services industries, Johnny is excited to leverage his knowledge and experience to assist the Flint team. He brings with him a sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an eagerness to learn and improve.
Away from the office, Johnny enjoys watching/playing soccer, football, or rugby in his free time. The child of NYC expats, Johnny derives some macabre form of enjoyment from cheering on New York sports teams but has learned over time that rooting for the Chiefs hurts less. Aside from athletics, Johnny loves reading, playing guitar, watching movies, or besting family & friends at board games.
Manisha Poptani

Senior BI Analyst
Manisha joined Flint Group as a Senior BI Analyst in 2024. Prior to that, she began her career at PwC in Assurance, working on auditing, financial reporting, and risk management. She then moved to the Federal Reserve Bank, where she conducted financial analysis for the Kansas City District.
Afterward, Manisha transitioned to a Business Intelligence Analyst role at Ascend Learning, collaborating with business leaders to set KPIs and ensure that analytics supported product launches, marketing efforts, and customer retention.
Manisha earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She has a love for adventure and enjoys activities like paragliding and skydiving when she travels. Closer to home, she’s always exploring new experiences and discovering hidden gems around Kansas City.
